Join Jo for Yoga Online

Our online Kula (Sanskrit for community) meets twice a week for live Zoom classes
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm and Sundays 10:30-11:30am

Stay motivated & committed to a regular practice, whilst enjoying the convenience of yoga from the comfort of your own home. All classes are recorded so don't worry if the live times don't suit you. Many people simply enjoy the sessions on their own schedule.
Monthly Membership & Single drop in classes available
No classes during half term 24th-31st May. Summer term begins June 1st.

What to Expect...
These aren't super busy online classes full of loads of anonymous screens, this is our little online community that you can join from the comfort of your own home. You can choose to have your camera on or off, and I am always on hand to offer modifications or advice. Expect to move at your own pace and choose from plenty of options so that you can make the practice your own.
This is 'thoughtful yoga', themed around traditional yogic teachings in the context of our everyday lives. A mix of movement, breathwork, and guided meditation that offers a real tonic for body and mind!

Alongside live Zoom classes Kula members have access to the movement & meditation practices in the On Demand library, and all the other Kula perks...

Zoom classes run Thursdays (6:30-7:30pm) and Sundays (10:30-11:30am) for 40 weeks of the year (roughly around school terms). You can choose to take one live class a week (£23/month, £7 per class) or two (£40/month £6 per class).
Payments are taken on the 5th of the month via GoCardless direct debit (if you wish to join after the 5th don't worry, sign up as usual below and I will email you directly to arrange an ad hoc payment to bring you up to date).
You do not need to commit for more that one month and you can cancel at anytime (just drop me an email).
All sessions are recorded and available to view for at least 14 days.

Zoom links, library access codes, and in person discount codes are sent out via email following sign up.

(Sundays follow the 'Beyond the Pose' Curriculum for those with 2+ years experience looking to deepen their knowledge)

For those that would like to join us on a more casual basis single drop in sessions are available. Simply book your session below and come along. Zoom links are provided as a download at checkout. Recordings will be sent via email directly after class and available to view for 14 days.

Drop in classes are single sessions in their own right - you don't need to have taken other 'Beyond the Pose' classes or Community sessions - they will still make sense and offer plenty of benefit!
