I specialise in offering yoga and meditation tuition to individuals and small groups. Practices are designed to meet the interests, abilities, and needs of individuals.
One to One Tuition
Private yoga tuition offers a very different experience to group classes. In these sessions you have 100% of my attention. I am able to support you in working with individual health conditions, or to progress towards achieving personal goals. On any given day the practice can be adapted to deliver exactly what you need; be that an energising, strength building session when you are raring to go! or a deeply nourishing restorative practice to revive you when you feel depleted. Sessions can also include guidance on developing a home practice to enjoy between lessons. This style of class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Prices apply to lessons held in my little garden studio in Chippenham. Home visits can be arranged but will incur an extra charge to cover travel expenses.

Private Group Sessions
Semi-private Yoga (four students) at The Santosha Studio
Ideal for individuals returning to exercise after a long break, in recovery from injury or surgery, working with chronic health conditions, or who simply prefer the dynamic of a small group. With four people per class you will receive plenty or personal attention and be able to progress at your own pace. Classes are held at the Santosha Studio in Chippenham, are 1 hour long, and booked in blocks of 4 for £60 (£15 per class). These sessions are often full so be sure to book in advance you are interested. If the booking link reports class full do get in touch as I can add you to a waiting list. iRest® Yoga Nidra is a ancient form of meditation adapted for modern life. Easy to learn and evidence based, iRest has been shown to help people heal from stress, insomnia, depression, PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependency. Courses are 6 weeks long for groups of 4-8 people. In addition to the 6 x 1 hour classes you will recieve a workbook, and access to recordings to enable practice at home. Cost is £90 each (£15 per session) for groups of 4, or £75 per person (£12.50 per session) for groups of 5-8. My next Yoga Nidra course will begin in February 2019, please contact me if you would like to be kept informed.
Bespoke Group Sessions
New groups are formed on demand and I welcome enquires from individuals or groups who are keen to start a specialist class. In the past I have run courses in Yoga for those affected by Cancer, Yoga for Healthy Ageing, and Yoga for Stress, Burnout, and Chronic Fatigue.
