August 3rd - Saturday Yoga Summer School
A series of Saturday morning yogapractices during August. Fun and informative, each week we explore one of the four elements. You will become familiar with how the different elements are expressed in our body type and personality, which element/s most resonate with you, and practices you can use to bring yourself back into balance. Open to current students, students of old, or anyone new to yoga who would like to try something a little bit different this summer.
