Absolute Beginners January 2019 ....
"I can highly recommend Jo, I’m so glad I saw her Facebook page advertising a beginners class. I had always talked myself out of starting a course, bad back, no flexibility etc etc. After a few email conversations with Jo she reassured me to feel OK to come along and give it a go. I have now been attending every Friday morning since January and my back has never been better. I so wish I had started years ago. Jo really makes you feel it’s ok to be you. You go at your own pace and feel what’s right for you and your body, there’s no competition with your neighbour in class. I love my Friday morning class and miss it when it’s not on. "I’ve wanted to try yoga for some time now, as it is the one type of exercise I have never done before. I went to a couple of sessions elsewhere which I was told would be suitable for a beginner but I soon realised this was not the case and was nearly put off. I then luckily came to your beginners class which has started to give me an understanding of what yoga is and the benefits it can offer. Your teaching is superb and your personality gives everyone confidence in themselves and each person can then just concentrate on themselves rather than feel threatened. The pace you teach at is just right and the different focus each week I’ve found really helpful. I started to feel the benefits straight away and am keen to carry on."
