In Person Classes

Friendly, supportive classes include an exploration of yoga poses and connection to the breath. Soothe sore hips, loosen lower backs and release those tight shoulders!  Plenty of options given to ensure that you can work at your own pace and make the practice your own. We follow a different theme each month so you are always learning and keep progressing.

Learn about private tuition
All in person classes must be pre-booked. If a student misses a session, for any reason, they will be sent a recording of the class which will be available for viewing for 7 days. If space allows they may also swap to an alternative in person class that week (excludes classes held at The Santosha Studio).
Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over to the next term. In the event of COVID 19 restrictions preventing in person teaching classes will be moved online.
