In Person Yoga Classes
Booking is now open for the Easter Term
Special Courses / Classes
These sessions are for those who love yoga and feel inspired to expand their knowledge beyond the physical poses. It is a chance to delve a little deeper into the traditional yogic teachings, and understand how they can help us lead calmer, and more fulfilled lives.
Each week the class will be themed to reveal an element of yogic wisdom. The concepts will be presented in a way that makes them easy to understand and relevant to our modern day lives. Through movement and meditation we will explore the teachings and their relevance to us both on and off the mat. Recommended at least two years yoga experience. Don't worry if you miss a Monday! Students get access to the Sunday morning BTP live stream (10:30-11:30am) and the class recording so you can catch up anytime. CLICK HERE to learn more |

Community Classes - Easter Term 2025
Friendly, supportive, All Levels classes include an exploration of yoga poses and connection to the breath. Soothe sore hips, loosen lower backs and release those tight shoulders! Plenty of options given to ensure that you can work at your own pace and make the practice your own. We follow a different theme each term so you are always learning and keep progressing.
Never miss a class - If you can't make your session one week you can make up your missed class by attending another All Levels Community Class at an alternative time or venue (within the same term), join me live online on Thursday evenings 6:30-7:30pm, or watch the class recording in your own time.
Taster sessions are available for those who haven't taken a class with me before and would like to try. Simply book a taster class below and I will email you to confirm when you would like to come, and answer any questions that you may have.
Community Classes are open to all including beginners
