In Person Classes
Friendly, supportive classes include an exploration of yoga poses and connection to the breath. Soothe sore hips, loosen lower backs and release those tight shoulders! Plenty of options given to ensure that you can work at your own pace and make the practice your own. We follow a different theme each month so you are always learning and keep progressing. Anyone who signs up for a term also has access to a recording of the class, so you never need to miss a session.
