Special Courses / Classes
Treat yourself to some well deserved relaxation. You don't need any special equipment or previous yoga experience to take these classes. Simply come prepared for some very gentle movement, postures supported by bolsters and cosy blankets, and a deeply nourishing yoga nidra (guided meditation). Held monthly on Friday evenings (7:30-9pm) throughout Autumn / Winter, £15. Beginners - A smaller group class (maximum 12 students) for anyone new to yoga, returning after a break or who simply likes to focus on the fundamentals.
This friendly, supportive class is designed to help you feel at ease as we take our time to explore key poses, moving with the breath, and guided relaxation. Mondays 9:15-10:15am, Platinum Hall, Chippenham Town Centre (within the grounds of St Andrew's Church).

This new course is for those who love yoga and feel inspired to expand their knowledge beyond the physical poses. It is a chance to delve a little deeper into the traditional yogic teachings, and understand how they can help us lead calmer, and more fulfilled lives.
Each week the class will be themed to reveal an element of yogic wisdom. The concepts will be presented in a way that makes them easy to understand and relevant to our modern day lives. Through movement and meditation we will explore the teachings and their relevance to us both on and off the mat. Recommended one year's yoga experience. These morning classes are limited to a maximum of four students per class.
Ideal for individuals who are returning to exercise after a long break, are in recovery from injury or surgery, working with chronic health conditions, or simply prefer the dynamic of a small group. Community and inclusion are at the heart of these sessions. We will move together to improve mobility, flexibility, and balance in a gentle and accessible way.
Chair yoga is suitable for everyone, but may be particularly appealing to those who do not want to get up and down off the floor, are dealing with pain or chronic conditions, or are looking to return to exercise after surgery or illness. Community Classes - Christmas Term
Friendly, supportive, All Levels classes include an exploration of yoga poses and connection to the breath. Soothe sore hips, loosen lower backs and release those tight shoulders! Plenty of options given to ensure that you can work at your own pace and make the practice your own. We follow a different theme each month so you are always learning and keep progressing.
