Public Class Schedule
Friendly, supportive classes include an exploration of yoga poses and connection to the breath. Soothe sore hips, loosen lower backs and release those tight shoulders! Plenty of options given to ensure that you can work at your own pace and make the practice your own. We follow a different theme each month to ensure you are always learning and keep making progress.
Online Classes via Zoom
Join our friendly Zoom community for two live classes per week
Most people book Zoom classes on a monthly basis. In these strange times commiting to a class once or twice a week brings structure to your week and helps to keep you motivated. Once weekly classes can be block booked for £7 per session. Come twice a week and you can 'bolt on' the second session for just £5. Class recordings are automatically sent out and available to view anytime over the following 7 days so you will never miss a session.

Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm and Sundays 10:30-11:30am.

In Person Classes
In person classes are on hold as we navigate COVID 19. If you would like to be informed when classes start again please contact me.
Once permitted I plan to run weekly sessions at Marshfield Community Centre (Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm, Thursdays 10:15-11:30am), in Chippenham at The Santosha Studio (Saturdays 9:15am-10:30am, Wednesdays 9:15-10:15am), and King Alfred's Hall (St Andrews Church) Friday 9:30-10:30am.
