This weekend retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds is a time for YOU – a time to escape, relax, and let go of the stresses of your everyday life.
Yoga will be offered twice daily. Morning practice will be a rejuvenating hatha flow, whilst the evening sessions will be dedicated to deeply relaxing restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. You work to your own level, attend as many sessions as you wish (it is your holiday after all!) and both beginners and seasoned yogis are welcomed and encouraged.
In between class the day is free to explore the stunning countryside, escape to one of the many secret spaces to read or journal, or simply enjoy not having to ‘get’ or ‘do’ anything at all.
Delicious and nourishing vegetarian food will be served throughout the weekend. Expect to leave feeling peaceful, restored, and ready to tackle life again!
